Manual scheduling gives us the flexibility to book appointments on the spot, whether clients call or walk in. It's a quick, efficient way to manage bookings while ensuring a seamless experience for all.
Steps to access Manual Scheduling
- Log in to your iMeetify account.
- Navigate to the My Calendars menu.
- Select Book Appointments.
- Choose the calendar where you wish to add the appointment.
- Select the date and time for the meeting.
- Tag the appointment to an existing user, or onboard a new user if needed.
- Once completed, voilà—the appointment is confirmed, and a confirmation will be sent to both the host and the invitee!
