Terms of Service

Effective Date: 18 September 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of iMeetify, including our websites, applications, scheduling services, integrations, and related products and services.

iMeetify is provided by Purplematics Technologies OPC Ltd (“Purplematics”, “iMeetify”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

For customers and transactions in the United States, billing and certain commercial activities may be facilitated through LeapStripe LLC.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, Purplematics Technologies OPC Ltd remains the provider of the iMeetify service and LeapStripe LLC's involvement in payment or billing administration does not make LeapStripe LLC the provider of the iMeetify software service.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, accessing iMeetify, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms.

If you use iMeetify on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

1. The iMeetify Service

iMeetify provides scheduling and related technology that may include features such as:

  • Appointment scheduling
  • Meeting booking
  • Calendar synchronisation
  • Group events
  • Online and in-person appointments
  • Meeting polls
  • Availability management
  • Video-meeting integrations
  • Forms
  • Notifications
  • Team scheduling
  • Reporting and analytics
  • Payment integrations
  • Third-party integrations
  • Other scheduling and productivity functionality

Features may differ according to subscription plan, region, product edition, or account configuration.

We may add, modify, improve, replace, or discontinue features from time to time.

2. Eligibility

You may use iMeetify only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

If you use iMeetify for an organisation, you represent that:

  • You are authorised to act for the organisation; and
  • The organisation agrees to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

Certain functionality requires an iMeetify account.

You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Activities occurring through your account
  • Maintaining appropriate access controls for your users
  • Promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorised access

You may not share credentials in a manner that circumvents applicable user or subscription limits.

4. Organisation and Team Accounts

An organisation may permit administrators or authorised users to manage accounts, users, settings, integrations, meeting types, reporting, and other functionality.

If your account is controlled by an organisation, that organisation may have rights to:

  • Administer your account
  • Access certain account information
  • Configure scheduling settings
  • Manage integrations
  • Add or remove users
  • Access organisational reporting
  • Control data relating to its workspace

Users should contact their organisation's administrator regarding organisation-controlled accounts.

5. Subscriptions

Certain features require a paid subscription.

Subscription details, including price, billing period, limits, and included functionality, will be displayed at purchase or specified in a separate order form or agreement.

Unless otherwise stated, paid subscriptions may renew automatically for successive billing periods until cancelled.

You authorise us and our payment providers to charge the applicable subscription fees and taxes using your selected payment method.

6. U.S. Billing Through LeapStripe LLC

For customers located in the United States, or for transactions processed through our United States billing operations, charges, invoices, payment records, bank descriptions, or receipts may identify:

LeapStripe LLC

LeapStripe LLC may facilitate:

  • Payment collection
  • Invoice administration
  • Subscription billing
  • Tax administration
  • Refund processing
  • Other related commercial activities

Unless specifically stated otherwise in a written agreement, the underlying iMeetify software service is provided by Purplematics Technologies OPC Ltd.

7. Prices and Taxes

Prices may vary by:

  • Subscription
  • Currency
  • Country
  • Contract
  • Promotion
  • Customer category

Prices displayed are exclusive of applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.

You are responsible for taxes, duties, levies, or similar governmental charges applicable to your purchase, except taxes imposed on our income.

We may modify prices prospectively.

Price changes applicable to recurring subscriptions will normally take effect from a future renewal period unless otherwise stated.

8. Free Trials and Promotional Plans

We may offer free trials, free plans, discounts, promotional credits, or promotional pricing.

Promotional offers may:

  • Be limited to certain users
  • Be limited by time
  • Include usage limits
  • Require conversion to a paid plan for continued access
  • Be modified or withdrawn where legally permitted

Unless otherwise stated, unused promotional benefits have no cash value.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription through the available account controls or by contacting us.

Cancellation generally prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically provide a refund for amounts already paid.

After cancellation, paid functionality may remain available until the end of the applicable paid subscription period.

10. Refunds

Except where:

  • Required by applicable law;
  • Required under an expressly stated refund policy; or
  • Otherwise agreed by us in writing,

subscription payments are non-refundable once the applicable paid subscription period has begun.

If a duplicate or erroneous charge occurs, please contact us at:

support@imeetify.com

11. Customer Content

"Customer Content" means information, data, text, branding, meeting information, forms, questions, files, links, configurations, or other content submitted to iMeetify by or on behalf of a customer.

You retain ownership of your Customer Content.

You grant Purplematics a limited right to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use Customer Content only as reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide iMeetify
  • Operate integrations
  • Support users
  • Secure the service
  • Comply with applicable law
  • Enforce these Terms

We do not acquire ownership of Customer Content merely because it is stored or processed through iMeetify.

12. Responsibility for Customer Content

You are responsible for Customer Content submitted through your account.

You represent that you have the rights, permissions, notices, consents, and legal basis necessary to process and provide such content through iMeetify.

You must not use iMeetify to collect or process information unlawfully.

13. Invitees and Meeting Participants

You may use iMeetify to invite or schedule meetings with individuals who do not have an iMeetify account.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Your scheduling pages are used lawfully
  • Information requested from invitees is appropriate
  • Required notices are provided
  • Required permissions or consents are obtained

Invitees may also be subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy when they directly use iMeetify.

14. Calendar Integrations

iMeetify may connect with third-party calendars to:

  • Determine availability
  • Add events
  • Update events
  • Detect scheduling conflicts
  • Synchronise scheduling information

You authorise us to access and process information from connected calendars to the extent necessary to provide the requested functionality.

You are responsible for maintaining your integration permissions and configuration.

15. Third-Party Services

iMeetify may integrate with third-party services such as calendar providers, video conferencing platforms, payment providers, CRM systems, and automation tools.

Third-party services are controlled by their respective providers.

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party service availability
  • Changes made by third parties
  • Third-party outages
  • Third-party security incidents
  • Third-party terms
  • Third-party data practices

We may modify or discontinue an integration if the third-party service changes or becomes unavailable.

16. Acceptable Use

You may not use iMeetify:

  • For unlawful purposes
  • To impersonate another person
  • To commit fraud
  • To distribute malware
  • To compromise another system

  • To harass or threaten others
  • To violate intellectual property rights
  • To collect information unlawfully
  • To circumvent security controls
  • To interfere with the operation of the service
  • To probe or test systems without authorisation
  • To gain unauthorised access
  • To circumvent subscription or usage restrictions
  • To resell access where resale is not expressly authorised
  • In violation of applicable privacy or data-protection laws

We may investigate suspected misuse and may restrict or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect the service, our users, or third parties.

17. Automated Use

You may access iMeetify through approved APIs, integrations, or automation mechanisms where available.

You may not use automated systems to:

  • Overload the platform
  • Scrape protected information
  • Circumvent usage limits
  • Attempt unauthorised extraction of platform data
  • Interfere with other users

API functionality may be subject to additional limits or terms.

18. Intellectual Property

iMeetify and its underlying software, interfaces, designs, trademarks, logos, documentation, databases, systems, and technology are owned by Purplematics or its licensors.

Except for rights expressly granted under these Terms, no intellectual property rights are transferred to you.

You may not, except where permitted by applicable law:

  • Copy the service
  • Modify the underlying software
  • Reverse engineer the service
  • Decompile the service
  • Attempt to obtain source code
  • Remove proprietary notices
  • Create unauthorised derivative products based on the service

19. iMeetify Branding

The iMeetify name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks or proprietary identifiers belonging to Purplematics and may not be used without permission except as permitted by law.

Enterprise, partner, white-label, or reseller agreements may contain separate branding rights.

20. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback concerning iMeetify, you permit us to use that feedback to develop or improve our products without obligation to compensate you.

This does not give us ownership of your confidential information or Customer Content.

21. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the iMeetify Privacy Policy.

By using iMeetify, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

Organisations using iMeetify to process information relating to invitees or other individuals are responsible for complying with applicable privacy and data-protection obligations.

22. Data Processing

Where Purplematics processes personal information on behalf of a business customer, additional data-processing terms may apply.

Enterprise customers may request a Data Processing Agreement where appropriate.

23. Security

We maintain reasonable safeguards intended to protect the service and customer information.

However, no internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure or continuously available.

You are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures relating to your account, devices, users, credentials, and integrations.

24. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable access to iMeetify, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability unless expressly provided under a separate Service Level Agreement.

The service may occasionally be unavailable due to:

  • Maintenance
  • Upgrades
  • Infrastructure failures
  • Third-party outages
  • Security events
  • Internet disruptions
  • Events outside our reasonable control

We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance where necessary.

25. Changes to the Service

We continuously develop iMeetify.

We may modify:

  • Features
  • Interfaces
  • Integrations
  • Technical architecture
  • Usage limits
  • Subscription structures

Where a change materially affects a paid service, we will provide notice where reasonably appropriate or legally required.

26. Beta and Experimental Features

We may provide preview, beta, experimental, early-access, or trial functionality.

Such functionality may:

  • Be incomplete
  • Change without notice
  • Contain errors
  • Be discontinued
  • Have reduced support

Beta or experimental functionality is provided on an "as available" basis unless otherwise expressly stated.

27. Suspension

We may temporarily suspend access where reasonably necessary because of:

  • Non-payment
  • Security risks
  • Suspected fraud
  • Material violation of these Terms
  • Unlawful activity
  • Threats to other users or the platform
  • Legal requirements

Where reasonably possible, we will attempt to provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

28. Termination

You may stop using iMeetify at any time.

We may terminate access where:

  • You materially breach these Terms;
  • Continued use creates a security or legal risk;
  • Required payments remain unpaid;
  • The service is used unlawfully; or
  • We discontinue the relevant service.

Termination does not eliminate payment obligations that arose before termination.

29. Effect of Termination

Following termination or account closure:

  • Access to the service may cease
  • Integrations may stop functioning
  • Scheduling links may stop functioning
  • Customer Content may become inaccessible
  • Information may eventually be deleted according to our retention practices

Customers are responsible for exporting information they need before account closure where export functionality is available.

Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination where their nature requires it, including intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related provisions.

30. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iMeetify is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not warrant that the service will:

  • Always be available
  • Be completely error-free
  • Be completely secure
  • Meet every customer's specific requirements
  • Be compatible indefinitely with every third-party service

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

31. Scheduling Responsibility

iMeetify facilitates scheduling but is not a party to meetings arranged between users.

We are not responsible for:

  • Whether participants attend a meeting
  • The conduct of participants
  • Decisions made during meetings
  • Services provided following meetings
  • Disputes between meeting participants
  • Incorrect availability configured by users
  • Information entered incorrectly by users

Users remain responsible for verifying important appointments and scheduling information.

32. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Purplematics, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of:

  • Profits
  • Revenue
  • Business
  • Goodwill
  • Data
  • Opportunities

arising from or related to use of iMeetify.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from or relating to a paid service will not exceed the fees paid by you to iMeetify for the applicable service during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

For free services, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation is prohibited by law.

33. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, business customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Purplematics and its affiliates from third-party claims arising from:

  • Customer Content
  • Unlawful use of iMeetify
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Violation of another person's rights
  • The customer's failure to obtain legally required permissions for information submitted through iMeetify

This provision may not apply to consumers where prohibited by applicable law.

34. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • War
  • Civil unrest
  • Government action
  • Internet failures
  • Telecommunications failures
  • Utility failures
  • Labour disputes
  • Cyberattacks
  • Cloud infrastructure failures
  • Third-party platform failures

35. Governing Law

Unless otherwise required by mandatory local law or specified in a separate written agreement, these Terms and the relationship between you and Purplematics Technologies OPC Ltd are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable local law remain unaffected.

36. Disputes

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you and Purplematics agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through good-faith discussions.

You may contact us at:

support@imeetify.com

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed under a separate contract, disputes will be subject to the courts having competent jurisdiction in relation to the registered office of Purplematics Technologies OPC Ltd.

Enterprise agreements may establish separate dispute-resolution procedures.

37. Export and Sanctions Compliance

You may not use iMeetify in violation of applicable export-control, sanctions, or trade-restriction laws.

You represent that your use of the service is legally permitted in the jurisdiction from which you access it.

38. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect:

  • Product changes
  • Regulatory requirements
  • Security requirements
  • New services
  • Changes to our business

The revised Terms will display an updated effective date.

Where changes are material, we may provide reasonable notice through email, the platform, or another appropriate method.

Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by law.

39. Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

We may transfer these Terms in connection with:

  • A merger
  • Acquisition
  • Corporate restructuring
  • Sale of business or assets
  • Affiliate reorganisation

subject to applicable law.

40. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable order form, Data Processing Agreement, or other written agreement, constitute the agreement governing your use of iMeetify.

Where an enterprise or separately executed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separately executed agreement will control to the extent of that conflict.

41. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the maximum extent permitted by law.
