Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 18 September 2026

iMeetify respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information entrusted to us.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, shared, and protected when you access or use iMeetify websites, applications, scheduling services, integrations, and related products and services.

iMeetify is provided by Purplematics Technologies OPC Ltd (“Purplematics”, “iMeetify”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

For customers and transactions in the United States, certain billing and payment-related activities may be facilitated through LeapStripe LLC. LeapStripe LLC acts in connection with billing and commercial operations and does not change the identity of Purplematics Technologies OPC Ltd as the provider of the iMeetify service unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate agreement.

By using iMeetify, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to provide, secure, improve, and administer iMeetify.

  • Meeting title
  • Meeting description

Users and organisations using iMeetify are responsible for ensuring that they have an appropriate lawful basis for entering information relating to other individuals into the platform.

3. Calendar and Third-Party Integrations

iMeetify may allow you to connect third-party services such as:

  • Google Calendar
  • Google Meet
  • Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft 365
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Zoom
  • CRM systems
  • Payment services
  • Automation platforms
  • Other supported applications

When you connect an integration, we receive and process information necessary to provide the requested functionality.

For example, calendar integrations may allow iMeetify to determine whether you are available at a particular time.

Where technically possible, iMeetify uses calendar information to determine availability without unnecessarily displaying the detailed content of unrelated calendar events to invitees.

Your use of third-party services is also governed by the privacy policies and terms of those providers.

You may disconnect integrations through your iMeetify account or, where applicable, through the relevant third-party provider.

4. Information We Collect Automatically

When you access iMeetify, we may automatically collect technical information including:

  • IP address

Some cookies are necessary for the service to operate.

Where required by applicable law, non-essential cookies will be used only after appropriate consent has been obtained.

You may manage cookies through your browser settings and, where available, through our cookie preference controls.

Transactional and essential service communications may continue even if you opt out of marketing communications.

8. Customers Acting as Data Controllers

Businesses, schools, healthcare organisations, government organisations, consultants, professionals, and other customers may use iMeetify to collect scheduling information from their own invitees.

In these situations, the organisation using iMeetify may determine:

  • What information is collected
  • Why the information is collected
  • How the information is used
  • How long the information should be retained

In such situations, that organisation may act as the data controller or equivalent responsible party, and Purplematics may process information on its behalf as a processor or service provider.

If you have questions about information provided to a particular organisation through an iMeetify scheduling page, you should normally contact that organisation first.

9. Payment Information

Payments for iMeetify subscriptions or services may be processed through third-party payment processors.

We or our payment providers may process information including:

  • Customer name
  • Billing address
  • Transaction amount
  • Subscription plan
  • Currency
  • Tax information
  • Payment status
  • Transaction identifiers

Complete payment-card details are generally processed directly by authorised payment processors rather than stored directly by iMeetify.

Payment processors process payment information according to their own privacy policies and regulatory obligations.

10. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information in the ordinary meaning of selling customer databases for money.

We may disclose information to trusted third parties where necessary to operate our business and provide iMeetify.

These may include providers of:

  • Cloud infrastructure

  • Email delivery
  • Calendar integrations
  • Video conferencing
  • Payment processing
  • Customer support
  • Authentication
  • Analytics
  • Security monitoring
  • Error reporting
  • Communications
  • CRM services
  • Professional advisory services

These providers may access information only to the extent reasonably necessary for the services they provide and are subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.

11. Affiliates and Business Operations

Information may be shared between Purplematics Technologies OPC Ltd and LeapStripe LLC where reasonably necessary for purposes including:

  • Billing
  • Subscription administration
  • Accounting
  • Customer support
  • Taxation
  • Fraud prevention
  • Compliance
  • Financial reporting
  • Business administration

Appropriate safeguards will be used where information is transferred between jurisdictions.

13. Business Transfers

If Purplematics or iMeetify is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Any successor organisation will be required to handle personal information consistently with applicable privacy obligations.

14. International Data Transfers

iMeetify serves customers in multiple countries.

As a result, personal information may be processed or stored outside the country in which it was originally collected.

This may include processing in India, the United States, or other countries where our service providers operate.

Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate mechanisms and contractual safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

Where applicable to transfers of personal information from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other regulated jurisdictions, such mechanisms may include recognised contractual safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

15. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for purposes including:

  • Providing iMeetify
  • Maintaining customer accounts
  • Supporting scheduling history
  • Meeting contractual obligations
  • Maintaining security records
  • Resolving disputes
  • Preventing fraud
  • Complying with tax, accounting, and legal requirements

Retention periods may vary according to the type of information and the nature of the account.

When information is no longer required, we may delete, anonymise, or securely dispose of it, subject to technical, legal, and backup requirements.

16. Security

We use reasonable administrative, organisational, and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information.

  • The right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising applicable privacy rights

iMeetify does not sell customer personal information for monetary consideration as part of its ordinary business model.

Certain analytics, advertising, or tracking activities may potentially be considered “sharing” under some privacy laws depending on how they are configured. Where applicable, we will provide legally required privacy controls.

19. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Signals

Some browsers provide “Do Not Track” settings.

Because there is not a universally adopted technical standard governing all Do Not Track signals, our services may not respond uniformly to traditional Do Not Track settings.

Where applicable law requires recognition of legally valid browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, we will process supported signals as required.

20. Children's Privacy

iMeetify is primarily intended for use by businesses, professionals, organisations, and authorised users.

Our services are not directed to children below the minimum age at which they may independently consent to use an online service under applicable law.

If an organisation such as a school uses iMeetify in connection with minors, that organisation is responsible for obtaining any required permissions or parental consent and for ensuring an appropriate legal basis for processing.

If we become aware that personal information relating to a child has been collected in violation of applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to address the matter.

21. Account Deletion

Users may request closure of their account and deletion of eligible personal information by contacting:

support@imeetify.com

Some information may need to be retained after account closure where required for:

  • Legal compliance
  • Accounting
  • Tax records
  • Fraud prevention
  • Security
  • Dispute resolution
  • Establishment or defence of legal claims

iMeetify may contain links to third-party websites or services.

We are not responsible for the privacy, security, or content practices of third parties.

You should review their policies before providing personal information.

24. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

When changes are made, we will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page.

For material changes, we may provide additional notice through the service, by email, or through another reasonable method.
