We built iMeetify because booking tools had gone flat — rigid, generic, and rented by the month. We think scheduling should flex to how you actually work, and belong to you once you've paid for it.
A salon, a school, a clinic, a consultant — each one books in its own way: services and deposits, term calendars and parent evenings, practitioners and rooms, discovery calls and packages. Yet they'd all been handed the same rigid booking link and asked to bend their business around it.
And for the privilege, they paid every month. Forever. A tool that sat at the heart of their business, owned by someone else.
iMeetify exists to fix both: a flexible, sophisticated scheduling engine — owned with a one-time price. Own it, don't rent it.
What we believe
Scheduling should adapt to your business — your services, your rules, your workflow — not force you into a template built for someone else.
Pay once and keep it. Subscriptions shouldn't be the only way to run the software your business depends on.
Booking should be effortless for the people booking — clear pages, easy choices, reminders that actually get read.
For the people running real businesses, who can't stop mid-client to chase every enquiry. The booking should chase itself.
Who we serve
From a one-person studio to multi-campus organisations — the same engine, configured to fit. No separate products, no mould to squeeze into.
Discovery calls, packages and recurring sessions on a page that's yours.
Full service menus, deposits, practitioners and rooms — booked without the back-and-forth.
Shared availability and routing, so enquiries reach the right person first time.
Education, healthcare, startups — scheduling shaped around how the industry actually runs.
Today iMeetify takes bookings across every channel, with deposits, capacity and reminders that keep people showing up. But the direction is bigger: booking that actively works for the business — reaching clients on WhatsApp, answering and booking with AI, and recovering missed calls — so a full diary doesn't depend on someone always being free.
Some of that is live today, and some is on our roadmap — we'll never dress a roadmap item up as a finished feature.
